SupChains is a consultancy company specializing in demand forecasting and inventory optimization. We help international companies achieve supply chain excellence by offering state-of-the-art quantitative models built on data using statistics or machine learning. Moreover, by providing training to supply chain practitioners, we aspire to bring clarity to the complexities of supply chains and promote the adoption of best practices.

About you

As our business grows, Hugues and I are looking for someone to join us (ideally working part-time 80%).

Your Top 5 Goals

• Identify requirements of new prospects and clients, layout project roadmaps and budgets, and sign deals on behalf of SupChains
• Lead consultancy process improvement projects, conduct analysis and propose changes, and assist the client with the execution
• Run approximately 1 training course with clients per month (primarily virtual) with a satisfaction level of 80%
• Coach clients on demand and supply best practices on a weekly basis and/or as needed (mostly virtual)
• Collaborate with the CEO of SupChains on business development matters and initiate ideas to help the company grow

Requirements

• You are an expert in supply, inventory, and demand planning
• 6-10 years of consultancy experience (or similar) where you led teams and projects
• You helped develop new business proposals and accounts
• You have an international experience with top-tier companies
• You have experience leading training sessions and workshops

Extra/Plus

• You speak fluently international languages (Spanish, German)
• You know enough French to enjoy a coffee with colleagues
• You have experience teaching at universities, playing theatre, or other oral arts
• You have experience delivering the beer game or the fresh connection
• You can clean data using tools such as Alteryx
• You are an Excel Wizard
• You have experience with Python and Pandas
• You can review and improve training material, write content (articles)

Location

• Mostly working from home, with two meetings per week in Brussels
• Travel to international clients when required
• Schedule: Part-time at 80% would be preferred, but we can discuss 60% or full-time.
